record of the dates, times, venue and any addition requirements.
Concessions
From 1 June 2012 Somerset Skills & Learning will be unable to accept concessionary enrolments online or over the telephone. If you wish to claim a concessionary rate, you will be required to show an original copy of proof of benefit each time you enrol/re-enrol on a course at a local centre. Please visit your nearest centre where a member of staff will be happy to take your enrolment and payment.
Refunds
A seven day ‘cooling off’ period is applicable to all enrolments from the date of enrolment. We are unable to offer refunds after this point other than in exceptional circumstances when a charge of £5 will be deducted from any refunds requested by you.
If the course is cancelled or confirmed as already full, you will receive a full refund of fees paid.
Refunds for any other reason will not be given.
